Bring your brand
to the vybz.

Apply to trade, serve, sell and connect with thousands of festivalgoers at Vybz Fest.

Read the vendor rules before you apply.

What you can sell

The market is curated. These are the vendor categories open for approval:

  • Food and beverage
  • Fashion and apparel
  • Beauty and personal care
  • Lifestyle and accessories
  • Art, crafts and independent creators
  • Consumer products
  • Other approved commercial vendors

How it works

  1. 01
    Submit your application

Tell us about your brand, what you sell and what you need to operate.

  2. 02
    We review it

Our team checks your application against the vendor rules and available categories.

  3. 03
Get your decision & package details

If approved, you'll receive your confirmed package, inclusions and payment instructions.

  4. 04
    Pay the approved fee

Your stall and credentials are only reserved once your approved fee is paid.

  5. 05
    Register staff & prepare

Name your working staff for credentials, then get your setup plan for event day.

Before you apply

Applying ≠ acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and it does not reserve a stall. Stalls are only held once your approved fee is paid.

Staff are people, not passes

Extra staff must have genuine operational roles. Credentials belong to individuals and cannot be sold, lent or transferred.
